Just gave this a spin. Thought it's very well-made. The basic premise is that some monster is after you, and you gotta keep running, unlike Amnesia where there are "safe points". Very intense stuff. Give it a shot.

Desura is GOG's beautiful, pure sister.
Saw this a few days ago and added it to my account. Certainly looks interesting, but it'll probably be ages before I get round to playing it, if ever.
Cool. Will check it out. Thanks.

If it changes your mind, the game isn't very long. It has to be played through in one sitting :>
Cool. I grew up just outside of there. :-)
So... Erie is a city in Pennsylvania about a half an hour from where I live. Why's the game called "Erie?"
EDIT: read the description. Derp.

I grew up in Cranesville, which is a little south of Erie. Not really a town or anything, just an area out in the country. I went to EUP. Moved away in 2006 but thinking about moving back, or maybe closer to Pittsburgh.

I hope you won't think of moving away after playing the game :P

I've lived near Cambridge Springs (which is about a half an hour from Erie. You know, the spring water place with the Riverside Inn) for my entire life, and probably will be for awhile longer since my fiancee and I just bought a house right outside of town. It's cool to meet a GOGer who grew up around the same area :3
I really wanted to live in Erie, Indiana when I was a kid, I think I still want to live there now.
going to youtube to get my nostalgia fix

Sounds like I'll need to record how often I die.

Lol first time I died was because I underestimated the monster's ability to keep up XD

Oh yeah! The Riverside Inn is awesome. :-) Some nice spooky places to visit around there.
