+1 to everybody for giving me lots of ideas about what to read next. Heh...I am also reminded that I need to broaden my horizons a wee bit. :)
I'm in for the Spiderweb RPGs bundle and it's for myself, I've heard great things about these games and am in the mood for a good RPG.

As for books I don't read a lot because of dyslexia but read Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None for a study and really enjoyed it. It's a book I would like to read again.
Hiya,

I am in for the Heroes of Might and Magic Bundle.

If that exceeds the cost limits, I am interested in alternatives,

TALES OF MAJ'EYAL or Desktop dungeons (either is fine).

Last book that is not work related I was reading is Game of Thrones, 4th book of the series. The conversations were great but the plotline hardly progressed in that book.

Thanks !

trentonlf: The sale ends on November 25th, and if it goes as usual all the bundles will be up for sale. I will give away 3 bundles on the final day. If for some reason the bundles are not on sale I will give 3 winners their choice of a game up to 9.99 in value. If you win and would rather have a game up to 9.99 in value instead of a bundle that is ok too.

Simple giveaway as usual

1. State if in for yourself or someone else (only 2 entries per person will count)
2. State what bundle (or game/s in for)
3. Redeem the gift within 3 days or I will give the game/s to someone else

Read any good books lately? I love to read, and as with movies if it keeps my attention that's all that matters. I do seem to lean toward the fantasy/sci-fi genre though. One of my all time favorite books (not even a fantasy/sci-fi novel) is Watership Down, a book I have read almost a dozen times :)

I will end this giveaway about 12 hours before the sale is over so people will have a chance to still purchase a bundle they want if they aren't a winner in this giveaway.
Very generous, Im in for Shadowrun Dragonfall.
I highly recommend any of Peter F Hamilton's books if you like sci fi, particularly the Greg Mandel series or the Commenwealth Saga.
IN for phandom.

Awesome GA, Trentolf. It seems you can't stop giving happiness to everyone. Thank you! +1

2-3 years have passed since the last time I read a book. One of the greatest books i read was Stephen King's Insomnia. Highly recommended to anyone and especially to HypersomniacLive (that is, if you're into this kind of fiction). ;-D

And i have a huge backlog of books to read... Mostly King, Stoker, Verne, Lovecraft & Tolkien..
I haven't entered any contests in quite a while, and currently too low on cash to get all the ones I'd love to have.

The following look awesome:

Legacy of Kain Series
Eschalon Series
Ultima Series

I've been so busy lately, haven't had time to read any books. If I have time, I want to read more books by the horror author Edward Lee.

Edward Lee Books

Thank you Trent!

drealmer7: Is Loren Eisley anything like James MItchener?
I haven't read Michener's non-fiction so I can't compare. You can read a good deal of Eiseley, though, if you click here. Clicking 'Site Map' at the top and then Ctrl + F "Eiseley" will find you three more works from the author. It's wonderful stuff.
I'd like to enter for the Eschalon bundle, if I may.

I actually haven't "read" a book in a while because they've all been audiobooks. I love them, especially when the reader is great it adds another dimension. In essence, read the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. They're big books, but if you like fantasy, descriptive language and intertwining storylines of political intrigue, there's something here for you.

Thx man, I got an extra copy of The Witcher 2 on GOG if you want the code :)
Due to good fortune the other week, and the fact I'll have a little cash to play with this week, I'm not in (and yes, there are desirable items still on sale for me - but I wont even mention them because I know a certain vermin is trying to gift me).

However, you should probably take a look at DESOLATION ROAD - a much underrated SciFi novel by one Ian MacDonald.
Can't desribe it too much without spoiling it, but if you fancy Martian colonialism meets scifi, cactus people and a hint of weirdo Dune / W40k-like imperialism kinda stuff thrown in... bloody great!

Also (stuff I cannot be arsed to link, but will list) some are classics, some are forgotten gems:

The Forever War - Joe Haldeman
The Hammer of God - Arthur C. Clarke
The Eyes of Heisenberg - Frank Herbert
Fifth Planet - Fred & Geoffrey Hoyle
The Day After Tomorrow - Robert. A Heinlein (not related to the film, also contains a fair amount of racist language - but is very much a possible influence on certain aspects of the Fallout games backstories).
I'm in
for ODDWORLD: STRANGER'S WRATH HD

as for the books I haven't read many in like two months, only two I guess. Clive Barker's books of blood volumes 4-6 and The dangerous method by John Kerr. Cool read if you like urban horror and fantasy and the other one is an interesting read if you like psychoanalysis :D.

I'm in! And gave you a +1 for your generosity, thank you! I'd love the Deponia bundle or Indie Puzzler bundle.

I am reading good books lately! About to finish Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. I'm also reading Sabriel by Garth Nix. Planning on reading a steampunk western next, because it just sounds interesting. I read from almost any genre, but my favorite genres by far are fantasy and sci-fi. However, I do love contemporary when I'm in the mood for it. I was a reader first before games; now I love both equally, though sometimes game time overtakes reading time and vice versa.

I am withdrawing from the contest, as I just won a game I was absolutely dying to play.

Thank you so much for the giveaway, trentonlf! ^__^
Not in, but thanks for the generous giveaway, trentonlf! +1

To my shame, I've to admit, that I haven't read any belletristic lately, except for the occasional Discworld novel of course. So I can't recommend anything newish right now.
