drdark: Argh! I went to buy Republic and ended up adding Expendable, Dark Fall and Advent Rising to my cart too!
Love ya, GOG, but the wife's gonna kill me ;).

It's probably best if you don't buy those games along with the promo as the promo price may not be applied. Buy the promo items in one purchase and the other games in another to ensure you get your promo discounts.
Both of these games have soundtracks that are worth the price alone. The games themselves are a nice bonus.
Well since I already got Evil Genius, decided it was time for Republic ;)
I do agree about the soundtrack, like the one on Evil Genius, Republic's soundtrack is fantastic.
Damn, I have to get that Republic thingy just to listen to the OST, and THEN to try to understand how to play it. Installed years ago, never passed the first hours of gaming.... I lacked explanations, lol :-D
But the OST is epic....
Bought Revolution, already owned Evil Genius, which really is, a great game!
Almost got EG with the facebook free game promo. Glad I didn't now! Plus Republic looked good, but maybe a bit overwhelming. At a promo price though, it's no contest!

Been thinking about Evil Genius for awhile because of how much I liked Dungeon Keeper 2 back in the day. Now get Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2 in the catalog please! I never played the first one and I never finished the second and now I don't know where the disc is.
Had both of these on my wishlist for awhile, so I got em both even though I'm horribly broke...crazy crazy deal.
Thanks GOG, this cheered me up some...today was a terrible day...US border people denied me today quite randomly, so I'm out travel money and the party I was going to. :(

Republic looked interesting, but I wasn't sure. But since I have been meaning to grab EG for a while, I figured I would treat it as a 2-for-1 deal.

What? I missed out on a free game? :(
Despite looking like just the kind of game I'd like, I passed on Evil Genius when it first came out here as I already had a rather lengthy list of games queued up to play. As that list is shorter now and there's a sale I guess the universe is telling me it's time to get this game.

Kingoftherings: What? I missed out on a free game? :(

It was the 'Try and get 4000 fans on facebook over the weekend' one. They didn't quite make it but my wife was picked out of 5 people to get a free game. :)

It's ok, I double-checked before confirming purchase and the discount was applied for Republic (already had Evil Genius in boxed form).
Thanks for the advice though :).
