Fever_Discordia: Really? That one wasn't on my radar - what's the story there?
Arkane Studios is now owned by Bethesda. I'm not sure of the specifics, but I heard that there was some kind of deal in place to allow the game to continue to be sold for a limited time. I expect the developers are collecting the proceeds for the game privately for the time being until ownership passes to Bethesda in full. That, or the distribution agreement with GOG is simply still in force.
Fever_Discordia: Personally I think Riddick might be under threat as a movie licensed Atari game...
Possibly, but Riddick is an interesting case in that the Riddick IP is not owned by a movie studio, but by Vin Diesel himself, who in turn also owns Tigon Studios. This (probably) makes it the first movie-licensed game whose rights are actually wholly held by the developer.
Back to the Future could be interesting in that regard though. I doubt that Telltale's licence is indefinite.
