Any word on wether GOG will be releasing any of the Elder Scrolls games that came out before Morrowind??
Look up DaggerfallSetup. It's pretty much a GOG-ified version of Daggerfall which is now freeware. Which means it's legal for you to download and share.

I got that a while back. Daggerfall is definitely a must play RPG in my opinion. I thought it really difficult to get into at first but after an hour or two it really started to get fun. So I suggest going this route if you don't want to wait for it to release here, plus it may not so why wait?
Battlespire and Redguard.
As far as I know, they're not free.
Battlespire release would make a good "boobs!" header for GoG's main page.

Not to mention it's been made easy to install, so why bother waiting?

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't see their name anywhere.
