Can you guys recommend me some good early 3D games (produced between '92 and '96)? Can be third person, first person, etc. Doesn't even have to be a game on GOG or even a PC game. I just need a big list of early 3D games--I am trying to create a "retro" 3D game.

I want to create a game with graphics like in the attached images (it's from an early, unreleased version of King's Quest 8--the graphics date from 1996 and the finished version of the game was MUCH different), so anything like that would be a good recommendation

pretty much almost any PS1 early game

Wipeout
Ridge Racer
Time Crisis
Catacomb 3D (Yay for EGA raycaster goodness)
Doom (What else :3 )
ShadowCaster (RPG with a heavily modified Wolf3D engine)
F-Zero (SNES)
Whacky Wheels (Mario Cart ripoff for PC)
Ultima Underworld I & II
Croc

Didn't Bullfrog produce a 3D racing game?
If you're going to be creating, I'd suggest looking at things like prince of persia 3d to learn from other people's mistakes
It's 1998, but Return to Krondor seems fitting.
Descent and Quake of course. Two games, that were among the first ones to have all surroundings, objects and characters in 3D.

They sure did. Floaty physics though since it used the Magic Carpet engine.
Hmm, most of the things I'd suggest have been suggested. But I'd definitely add Big Red Racing, Lethal Tender and definitely terminal velocity.

Lethal Tender is a bit of a stand out for being an early game to feature stealth as well as one of the few games to portray damage to limbs. Get shot in the leg too many times and you'll be stuck getting to that area via a nautilus shaped path.
The kind of game I'd make would be 3D ala 1994-1997 early 3D PC, Nintendo and PS1 games...But it would be 3D with some stuff being 2D sprites (ala the screenshots I posted). Think of Betrayal at Krondor, but with a few years of advancement--if Betrayal at Krondor had been made in 1996 rather than in 1993. See how some things in that game--like houses, trees, etc are 2D, while the game world is full 360 3D? That's what I'm going for. A retro 3D game that would look like it could've come out in 1996.

I'll search for the name but yea that one I recommend.

Hi-Octane, that one. I played the shareware so much. A really fun game, it was my introduction to the "floaty racing" genre. Games like this and F-Zero(X and GX) will get you hooked.

Do you mean a "true 3d" game with polygons, or are games like Wolfenstein and Doom acceptable?
Stunt Car Racer (1989) ;)
Betrayal at Krondor (1992) (to a certain extent)
Magic Carpet (1994)
The Elder Scrolls: Arena (1994)
Fade to Black (1995)
Tomb Raider (1996)

Well actually that game looked quite nice for it's release date. Why are you talking about it so much lately anyway? (well I've seen two mentions, but when it's about PoP 3, that's far too much)
