I really don't see the problem with ME 3? It is a coop game. And money only accelerates the advancement. It does in no way affect me as a player that chosen not to participate to buy stuff. If EA is making a few more bucks of that, fine with me.

Whenever EA sue another company I feel this same awkward need to support them in that.

I've never been kicked from an ME 3 game. All three players need to agree on the kick, the only persons getting kicked are those who don't ready fast enough.

And all of the ME 2 DLC were either excellent (the stories) or completely superficial. I bought them to support the game, but never used them because they were worse than what was in the game.

Zynga copying someone else's idea, no never! They are soo famous for their originality and innovation. Just look at those screenshots RedRagan posted, they are so completely different

If copying gameplay-mechanics was illegal now, the only FPS-franchise allowed to exist would be Wolfenstein.

Ever heard of Giana Sisters? Gaming companies have been suing each other since the dawn of time.

Zyngo is notorious for ripping off small time devs instead of doing the proper thing = buying them out or paying them for their ideas. Sure, you could say gaming history is filled with "plagiarism" but there's a difference between taking ideas and copying an entire game until it's almost identical. I mean, sure you could make a Doom clone but to then also copy an entire map layout and mimic half the textures in the game ... that's taking it several steps too far.

Actually it's not just game mechanic. The look is also very similar. You can see it on my post here in this thread on page 1. It's like looking at a copy paste.

Yes. A game that not only copied the game mechanics of the first Super Mario Bros., but also the level layout. And even they didn't get sued, Nintendo just pressured the retailers into not selling it. Probably because they thought a lawsuit would have been futile.
