:Edit: OMG and this fuckwad didn't even pay Rodney Matthews for designing the new 'Edge' logo? NOW he really deserves the nail and pliers torture method. Amongst others. I'm an artist and Rodney is LEGENDARY. Go EA go!!!

Lone3wolf: Spindizzy was fun, once you got past the monochrome blueness of it (just like 95% of all speccy games:P). I got my copy on "Your Sinclair" covermount tape :wub: Can't say I ever heard of Bobby Bearing...
Speccy games never looked good, but the playability of the games were 125%...mostly.
Hell, I still fire up my rubber-keyed 48k to play "Elite" once in a while (love that keyboard overlay for the controls :D)
C64 cheated. It had 48k RAM just like the speccy, but to make it appear better, they added the ROM value to it :-\ Sounds like Commodore and Edge should get in bed, wot? :P
lol, my old school-friend had that "Quo Vadis" game for his C64...and never got very far with the riddles. Somehow, finding out it was a scam anyway makes my day, in a vague Schadenfreuden way...:P

BB feels very similar to Spindizzy, although there may be some 'big' diferences that i'm not aware of because like i said, i never did gave BB a fair chance.
Unlike Spindizzy, you can get BB from WOS if you want to check it out.
I also fire up my rubber keyed 48k, or one of the 128K's i have, on occasion, but for a small stroll dowm memory lane the emulator is good enough most of the time.

Yeah I get ya. I hate EA for spawning minorly updated yearly sports games every year but seriously, it's good to know that they can finally lay the smack down to little shits like Tim. It's people like him that make it impossible for future talent to get the hand up they deserve.
For some reason this made me think of Tim Langdell... Made me laugh.

While I applaude the effort EA is taking here, I can't help but chuckle about the reason for the appeal. I mean, EA trying to wipe out a company's trademarks because of the company's subsequent abandonment of the mark?
Quick, someone get that Dungeon Keeper, Syndicate, Wing Commander, Kyrandia and what not trademarks.... *evil grin*

I saw this on TIGSource. What a fucking hack. I hate to say this, but for once, I'm rooting for EA. Go EA!
