They have no M rating, so they have both censored violence and sex (sort of like getting an AO rating in the US, we have the rating, but no one will stock it so you won't be available to a very large audience, in their case, though, the game just can't be sold). There's one, particular douche who's been holding up all the proposals to add a M rating, mostly because he seems to adore actual censorship (he'd probably ban all video games if he could). He's old guard in their national politics and wields a lot of influence. I'm not sure how long he can resist the tide but he seems to have been successful so far.
