Holy shit, did anyone see the Homefront trailer they showed off? Also, True Crime interview showing off gameplay as well. Looks cool.

dudalb: Steam moving to the consoles was just a matter of time.

Steam hasn't moved to the consoles. Steamworks has. They're two different things.

I'm actually curious to see how Homefront turns out...might actually be an interesting game.
And I have to say...I'm willing to give XCOM a chance. It has potential.

Okay... Booth Babes are cute, but pretty chicks are a dime a dozen. Smart grrls are where it's at...
Nerds are too easily dazed by the sight of a woman in a skimpy outfit, and how you know that is that the web site never thought to post captions to tell you what product/service/company the booth babe represented. You really couldn't tell in each case. Being a bit of a marketing nerd, I wanna know what they are handing out, or pitching or whatever...
Also, I get jealous of booth babes, because Mrs. HoneyBakedHam spends an unusually long amount of time looking at them. Big thanks for the links though, because now I know that Glee Revolution Karaoke is coming out. This news made Mrs Ham extra happy.

I also think XCOM might be cool... but I really liked the Homefront footage I saw and I really like the premise of the game.
Being a citizen in a resistance movement repelling a foreign invader might make for a really compelling game.

For me, E3 has been somewhat overshadowed by this startling revelation.
My preferred E3 stuff. Mortal Kombat, Portal 2 and MGS: Rising look impressive, indeed.
BUMP ALERT
Except for Papo & Yo none of the showcased games seem interesting at all. Well away with them, thanks to GOG I will soon be able to play Crusader: No remorse and Magic Carpet.
Never though I'd see Osama bring something back to life.

You don't know me.

Anyway, what is your impression of E3 so far? I can't really say I feel exited about anything, but perhaps I've missed some hidden candy?
I think this must be the most disappointing E3 so far.

Neobr10: A necromancer.
That is a spiteful and unkind word to use on a stranger. I don't think I have done anything to you to deserve such hostility? While I do in fact trod paths shun by most men I like to refer to myself as a re-animator.
