Still trying to understand the Rainbow Six Siege mechanics.

So at some point the hostage gets shot by a kidnapper (once at the beginning also). But Rainbow guys can, and do revive her before she dies (makes sense, retrieve the hostage alive). The point I don't get, is that they do this at the risk of dying even... How does this make sense? The kidnappers are supposed to keep the hostage alive... you're not telling me you can freely shoot the hostage, and put the people trying to save her in a bad position at the same time, with no penalty? You'd think they'd lose if the hostage dies because they shot them.

There are a few PC-only games on display such as Civ: Beyond Earth and maybe Heroes of the Storm. Most indie games on display will be on PC also.
