This game was a contender for my GOTY of 2012. Does anyone think there is any chance of this game coming to anywhere but Steam? I believe it's Microsoft published and this gives me little hope, but my god I wish...

If there's any possible way to convince HumbleHearts to release this game on GOG, I vow to personally purchase 20 copies and give them away on this forum.

I'd like to see it here. I don't know if I'd buy it right away, but it's definitely the kind of higher profile "indie" release that would be great to have on gog. If it's distributed and owned by Microsoft though....well gog did say they were trying to get MS to sign on here.
With MS ditching GFWL if favor of Steam, I'd like to think they'd be a little more open to different platforms now...
GOG should counter by releasing Dust: A Tale of the Wired West.

I'd like a GOG release as well. Our best bets are going to involve tactfully contacting the developers to express our interest in having them release the game here

and voting for the game on the wishlist

Watched a video about this game earlier, and it looks very spiffy and interesting. Would certainly be put on my wishlist if it came on any of the sales sites I'm registered at.

You can vote for it here though there's no link to a game description (bad form). I would love a copy if it makes it ;)

I really can't recommend it enough. It looks and sounds gorgeous, the combat is extremely fluid and fun, the voice acting is stellar, with the sidekick character Fidget being both adorable and genuinely laugh out loud funny and the game is even surprisingly lengthy.

it's hard to believe all artwork and game programming was done by one man, it truly was a labor of love and deserves better than Steam.
Just looked at the video and yes, I will cry tears of blood and piss acid if that doesn't come to GOG. It looks absolutely gorgeous.

Depending on the situation, I may eventually buy it on Steam, but only at a heavily reduced price. Either $15-20 on GOG, or €3 on Steam. Ball's in the publisher's court.
I'm game if the game does come here.
We gotta get Microsoft here first, and that's a pretty tough cookie.
For pledging to buy a stack of copies of this game for people if it comes to GOG on the YouTube trailer, I get a comment back, and I quote:

"More like you'll GIVE IT to everyone you know. Thief. Stop being cheap."

Jesus Wept. -.-

Apparently the dude that made it worked on Jazz Jackrabbit 2. That is interesting and explains why it looks that way.

The animation is great but the character designs seem a bit too much generic deviantart furry. Still, will probably get it when it is dicounted, hah.
