I picked up DD from Amazon yesterday with the 25% off coupon, and grabbed the Shards dlc off Steam last night, however I seem not to be charged for it. The banner that says "All DLC free for 2 weeks" - does that mean everything for the game or just new DLC? I can't seem to get a straight answer.

The banner says "New DLC Free For 2 Weeks". That only includes the new Capture the Flag dlc, so I guess you got a lucky freebie.

Only the Anniversary pack and Capture the Flag Pre-Alpha DLC should be free. But if they haven't charged you yet make sure you don't get charged full price.

Dungeon Defenders is a great game. I've been playing it solo by myself and its still enjoyable.

Yeah, my advice is to keep your eyes on Dungeon Defender's stuff. Usually as they release stuff, they release DLC for free for a week or two (Not everything though), so you have to keep your eyes open.
