Let's do the time warp again*!

Welcome to our [url=http://www.gog.com]DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for a fascinating ride to the early days of PC gaming and back again, with 30 excellent titles selected from the years 1983-2013, available up to 90% off (that is for as little as $0.59!). You'll find amazing games in amazing prices featured one by one on GOG.com main page, and before the sale is done you'll be able to complete your very own display of gaming history on a budget below $65 (because this would be the cost to get every single game in the sale). Are you ready?

There's more than just buying games incredibly cheap to our DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! We're ready to pass its steering wheel (or rather the control console) to YOU. Each game in the sale is offered for a limited time only, and how long we stay in its year is up to you! Each time you see a new game on sale you can vote to either add or subtract 1 second from the timer. Each time you buy a game, you add 3 seconds to the time of it being on sale. We begin with 1983's Zork, bundled with the rest of the Zork Anthology of 6 games in total, for only $1.79. How long will it last on the front page? You'll be the judge. What comes next, as the game of 1984? Let's find out!

Let's take a trip in GOG.com's DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! 30 great games from 1983-2013 will be available up to 90% off, and you get to decide how long each game is on sale. Ready? The technomagical gateway to 1983 opens NOW!

* "Again?", you might ask, "when did they ever do the time warp?". Well, once you embark on a journey through time, all becomes relevant and there's absolutely no guarantee that what you are doing, you are doing for the first time. In fact, that's highly improbable. After all, time isn't linear. It's more like a giant wobbly-bobbly goggy-boggy ball of gaming awesome!

sedaps: I'm going to watch Deus Ex just to see how high the time goes. I'm going to guess it will top off around 1:55.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! You totally called it. Hat's off to you.

Minmataro: Who doesn't own Deus Ex by now? Seriously.
Just look at the main page and you'll have your answer. ;)
We should start placing bets for the next game. What do you think it will be? I'm not gonna place my bet, cuz I don't wanna jinx.
Oh no, DeusEx timer is running.. to the wrong side!
Tomorrow I must leave at 6am, I wonder if I'll manage to see next promo and sleep..
"And so it was that the keenest of Keanes came among them. And he said unto them: "I am Keane & I have seen you suffer. I have seen you look at the never-ending counters. I have seen you stare at the never-changing banners. I have heard your pleas for but a moment's respite. I *AM* Keane and you are my children! You shall know peace!" And finally sleep came upon the land and people knew that Keane's words rang true - they finally knew peace."

Boilpoint: No matter how many people you think own the game, there are still many more who don't and have heard it's a classic. I've learned this from every time IE games go on sale here, they sell like crazy.

justanoldgamer: What do you mean by IE games? I know it's not Internet Explorer :)
Infinity engine. Basically the D&D games.

I think that's referring to the Infinity Engine. Baldur's Gate, Planescape Torment, Icewind Dale, etc.

stg83: I am almost tempted to troll and add a second to contribute to the Keaneness. :P
A vote in either direction is a drop in the bucket compared to the actual buying right now. :)

Me.
don't be so proud of that clickological count you've continued

The ability to subtract 1, is insignificant next to the power of the Purchase.

Your powers are weak click-man. You should not have come back here

If you only KNEW the power of the PLUS THREE
This is the perfect music to listen while watching the timer go up like a Windows XP progress bar!
Geez, this thing might actually go above 2 hours left. What a beast.

Can anything top it? Deus Ex is one of the most beloved games ever, after all. Unless that $0.59 game is not just cheap, but also totally awesome.
Welp, I guess we have a winner already. Can't imagine any other game that would add up the time for over two hours.
