I was trying to find a way to get copy of Planescape: Torment to Czech republic for a reasonable price and I wasn't able to. And I was trying to find it for quite some time as well. I believe he would gladly NOT pirate it, if there was a way to buy it - and I don't really find "get someone in US to buy it to you and then post it" or "Find it in an auction" to be a reasonable solution - I have bad experience with auctions and as far as getting money to publisher/developer/whatever goes, I could as well pirate it.
Give me a copy of PS:T for total price of 30 bucks (including shipping), 'cause I just never give out more than that for games, and I will instantly buy it and call it "reasonably availible." Until that, piracy is pretty much the only option - it's not really MY fault that whoever holds rights for the game doesn't want my money

It took me 10 seconds to find copies that fit your criteria. I'm sure that you could find them too. If you don't want to use auctions, an available alternative to theft, that's your issue. Given some patience, you can likely find it elsewhere or wait for it to come here. It's not like there aren't a TON of other games to play in the meantime, and you wouldn't be stealing.

Really? About 10 could be bought over Ebay.co.uk for 10£ or less, Amazon.co.uk has it in store as well as other online shops. It has been released over game magazines DVDs....
Maybe, just maybe, you didn't quiet tried hard enough? Or at all?
It doesn't matter which is the case here. There are enough boards willing to tolerate exchange of pirating needs - this isn't such a board. Move on.

First of all: Awwww, don't get my hopes up for nothing :-/
Second thing: I would really agree with the "tons of games" argument if it wasn't about Planescape, problem is... There is really no substitute for that game whatsoever. You can't play something similar to Planescape, you can only play Planescape or something that's kinda getting close to it, but isn't quite similar. And I have no guarantee that Planescape will eventually make it to GoG, or anywhere around for that matter. I will buy it the moment it does of course, but until then, I don't really have a choice. Or, better put, I DO have a choice, but am not willing to take the risk.

As I already said, give me the links, I couldn't find anything when I was searching and I will jump at the first opportunity presented to me! Do I seem like I'm trying to protect piracy for no reason?

With any luck GOG will release it eventually. Atari bought the rights from Interplay if I'm not mistaken. I just wish it wasn't taking so long for titles like PS:T, BG and IWD to get here!!
