Pom Pom Games.
Tale of Tales.
Dejobaan Games.
Here is a list of games with SecuROM -- the ones with a strikethrough have had it patched out.
Only commercial DRM-free game that comes to mind (besides those already mentioned) is Battlefield 1942 (patched out).
Are CD checks and/or serial keys counted? If not, Fable.

Thanks
No problem, it is a great game!
And @KavazovAngel I'm using W7 too so I thought it just didn't work, but I'll try (after the lottery!)

For me DRM is only an issue if there is install/activation limits. Few games have done that throughout history, most of them released in late 2008. Luckily this trend seem to be dying out.

Archive Games sells independent DRM-free games.
Except Ishar. ;)
I think there may be another one in a similar situation.

...that isn't really DRM. Its CP. And i find it ok as is an ancient portray of the "inventive" ways people back then found to try and stop piracy - all that is stated in that thread explains it.
DRM = evil, but let's not take it into extremism over here. Ishar ins't guilty. GOG went ok with this. Ishar i have and can play. If i wanted NSF Undercover well, guess what, i don't have the game. OR i could get it and endure the whole REAL DRM problematic. So no, CP based on some passwords that come with the game manual aren't DRM really...

Do you consider SecuROM in it's basic disc check form to be evil DRM, like Fallout 3 for example?

If you added Matrix I insist that you should realy add Ageod since most of their home made games are sold by Matrix anyway and just require a serial key : http://www.ageod.com/en/

I wrote to them asking about DRM and their games and am awaiting an answer. Just want to be sure what to say after they are added as to what is or is not DRM Free. Thanks for keeping track.

But it appears that they defended having DRM on their games, not that they only require a key to be entered. Starforce is not a good thing.
