jjsimp: Currently downloading DC, at 2MB/s this should take a long time to finish.
I started downloading on the GOG downloader yesterday for 3 hours, only managed to get ~2.5gb. Downloading at 300+kb/s
Sorry to be hijacking the thread but what can I do if I still haven't received my codes for Divine Divinity and Master of Magic? It's been days since I pre-ordered.

There should be a second email with the bonus codes. If you don't have it, contact support about it.

I started downloading around when I posted that, and totally forgot about it and turned off my PC before going to bed. So, it's stuck around 75% when I turned on my laptop at work. So, when I get home hopefully it will resume.
At 75% and now looks like I have to start over...GOG has an update for DC.

We added the German version so if you're downloading the English version there's no need to start over as they are separate installers.

I would have probably continued the download and seen what the update was about. Good to know, Thanks.
I'm thinking about buying this game, but I have some concerns. Management between battles looks pretty neat and complex, but on other hand battles don't look that good. They look kinda chaotic and like they are focused on "mass produce unit and a-move them". I kinda like more tactical combat in RTS games - like in World in Conflict for example.

So how does combat feel? Is it good and is there any tactic other than helping your units as the dragon? Or maybe combat focuses on building bigger army than enemy has?
