TheEnigmaticT: Drop a note to Support if you've got a problem with your copy. Everything *should* work fine, but with the new site update it's always possible that something's gone pear-shaped.
no need, i checked the subforum , and the issue was fixed by refreshing the layout of the site :)

I just noticed that this does not fix one thing. When I try to download the imperial edition DLC, I get:

Error 500
Internal Application Error

nitrom: I just noticed that this does not fix one thing. When I try to download the imperial edition DLC, I get:

Its broken for me...... 403 error and the downloader is stuck "connecting".... Latest version.....

If you got Dragon Commander as a reward for backing D:OS on Kickstarter, head over to https://www.larianvault.com to grab your "Imperial Edition" upgrade addon installer. It has automatically been added to "Your Games" on the Vault.

The 403 error should be resolvable with the above mentioned fix. It's caused by the website update and you need to refresh your account:

https://secure.gog.com/account/refresh/

You can also reach that link on the support page of the game, in case you dont trust a link posted here.

I did that before I posted. It had 0 effect. I have opened a ticket with GOG and they are fixing it. There is a small % of the accounts that were affected.

I highly doubt it will release in Nov. I've backed $150 for D:OS so I qualify for Alpha and Beta. We haven't gotten the Alpha keys yet let alone Beta and Gold status. Unless they release Alpha next month and Beta the month after which I think is ridiculous.

Since Dragon Commander was delayed and they have been working on those kinks... most likely it'll have a few months delay too.

Very nice, I was able to add DC to my GOG account. The only minus being I couldn't add the Imperial Edition Upgrade to my GOG account, but at least I was able to download it from Larian. Now when will I get a chance to play this game.

Currently downloading DC, at 2MB/s this should take a long time to finish.
