It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Seems sorta fun

Yeah I've been meaning to check it out but I think my netbook would shudder to a halt, I'll have to fire up my main laptop when I have time
work? what's that?

Weclock: work? what's that?

It's where I can play this thing. At home I get "Unable to connect to EA servers" when trying to log in.
I'm gonna give it a try. See if it's worth the fuss... could be a decent marketing tool.

funny.. I get that.. at work.
"Unable to connect to EA servers"
WHY!?!?
Damn you EA.
Wish I knew how to fix this (if it's my end, rather than theirs).
Seems to be working fine now, although it did require a new account (I had hoped my bioware forums one was enough, since I'm sure I'd used that account for ME).
The game itself is fun enough, for a free flash game. Gets you used to the skills/spells and various things that will be in the real game.
Can't say the story is anything to write home about though, it's very much the sort of thing almost any half-decent hack could write. Here's hoping it gets better when I'm a bit further in!

I love how EA has a whole developer team called EA 2D that specializes in Flash-based browser games.
Very cool. Too bad its incomplete.
Hey, I like this kind of promotion...seems similar to Mirror's Edge 2D.

I tried it on my netbook (Dell Mini 9), and it works pretty well on medium graphics settings. It doesn't fit on a 1024x600 screen though, so I had to plug it into an external monitor. Some netbooks will let you run scaled video at 1024x768, so that would probably work. I can't do that because I'm running (ahem) MacOS.
You get codes for special items in the other game.

Unfortunately, to get ALL the special unlockables, you need to beat the game three times in a row with a fighter, a rogue, and a wizard once each. That takes some time...
It's not bad, as far as free flash RPGs go, but I wonder how closely it follows Dragon Age itself...

there's sometime in between the release of DA:O and this, so go for it.
also, this is supposed to be a prequel, and from what I understand it's not a code you get, it's once you unlock an achievement for the game within da:o they'll give you the items you earned from da:j
It wasn't very fun, and it kind of turned me off Dragon Age.
