I'm sort of glad. As far as I'm concerned, healing spells just tied Wynne to my party, which is a character who I like, but I don't really like having her around while adventuring. Except I've had to as it's the most efficient way of composing the party. Dropping of this requirement will just give me more freedom in building my party.
Rezing sounds cool. Do I sacrifice time this party member could be fighting to rez another party member? Is it worth it? Will it get the rest of the party killed? As it stands, rezing somebody in origins was as easy as casting a single instant spell.
Well that wasn't in Origins either, just the annoying injury system which served no purpose whatsoever.
Cool. Potion spam was a constant problem with Bioware games.
Regenerative shield? Origins regenerated your health after every combat.
