I tried. I tried to participate in Bioware's own social forums about this, but there's no hope...

Well, could it work here? I'm sure there's some people who have played this series, read the books and such, no?

With the new game coming next year, do you think the Warden and/or Hawke will be in it? Morrigan is in it, and most likely Leliana too. Alistair probably aswell, as he's the king for most players.

Wonder if Morrigan acknowledges the Warden if he went with her in Witch hunt? And what the f** happened to Hawke? DA2 ends so abruptly that its almost hilarious.

Please, let's try to make a sensible discussion about this game series, as it's pretty much impossible in bioware social, and I don't really have any other place to go with this.

he's a drunk for some players
Yeh, Allistair's did not impress me as the kind of stable, mature force I wanted on the throne.

"I don't want to be king! Oh, but I'll take the throne for the sole purpose of having someone I hate executed!" No you fucking won't, enjoy your booze you jackass.

Which reminds me, has Bioware announced anything about importing save files from previous games?

I have heard hints that Inquisition won't forget about Hawke and Warden but nothing concrete. I have to say I look forward to discover it on my own although I doubt any of known characters significantly affected by a player's choices will be present.

Yes, Bioware is working on Dragon Age Keep, an official tool for crafting your past decisions.

You can kill Leliana in DA:O, yet she still appears in DA2. She also mentions that both the Warden and Hawke has gone missing, wouldn't that mean that the Warden who went with Morrigan came back? DA2 ends what, 10 years after Awakening (and witch hunt).

And about Alistair. If he's drunk Bann Teagan comes to get him home, and Alistair does have the claim to throne. He is Cailan's brother after all. Though a bastard, I guess.

Wasn't it a bug? I remember people complaining about it on BSN. That's probably also why BW wants Keep. To avoid complains known from Mass Effect 3 and bug-related in DA2. Aside from other reasons.

I have played DA2 before DA:O, so I lack a first-hand experience and can't really comment. I plan to either finish replaying DA2 with imported saves or use Keep to merge decisions from both episodes.

I'm sure I read somewhere that Leliana being alive has been confirmed. But as I am an old fart, I don't have any links to back this up. I could also be mistaken, but somehow I have this impression.

It's possible. Bioware has already retconned in Mass Effect. If that's the case, I guess she broke up with my Warden :D. It's more likely than them being together & appearing in the sequel.

By the way, I haven't played any DLCs nor expansion.

My favorite playthrough was where my character became King (or Prince Regent) in the end.
I let Alistair die as a hero, killing the evil dragon thus making sure that are claims to *my* throne have all been thwarted.

I wonder how they are going to implement that...

Oh by the way I was horrified by the expansion and could never bear to finish it because my subjects treated my just like some silly yokel grey warden instead of a king. No more "origins" found there. I'll bet they'll do the same with part III
"On July 20, Gaider suggested that Morrigan's child (whose existence depends on the player's choices in Dragon Age: Origins) would "have more than a passing reference" in the plot of the upcoming game"

Huh, interesting...

Get this I finally decided to reinstanll Dragon Age: Origins and remembering I had bought DLC so I logged in my account to install the DLC, but I forgot the password I used, so I tried to rewrite the password but even when I rewrote the password I still cannot log in, so my DLC is now forever beyond my reach because of this stupid accountability system.

This is why I hate accountability in the internet, they are so unreliable and shit happens beyond my control, I hate making accounts for everything, we traded just simply going in a store, give money, receive product, repeat to accoutability all just for convinance :P

So any I just rather get DA:O Ultimate Edition on Origin, do I still have to log in the bioware website to install them?

You use your Origin account in DA:O and DA2. And yes, I do think you have to validate the DLC once after installing them, even from Origin. At least I had to with Steam's DA Ultimate.

It shouldn't be tied to your password. It's tied to the e-mail address you use for your BSN/EA account when you bought the game/DLC. Did you try logging onto the BSN and checking your account there for the presence of the DLC? And are you sure you're using the correct e-mail address? If you can get the DLC installed and still have issues validating it, there's a way to edit one of your game files to have the DLC register as valid. I can't recall exactly how right now, but if you search the BSN or google it, you should be able to find it.

I understand what you are offering me, but I just find it easier to just buy the Ultimate Edition on Origin and write down the Email/password on paper.
