Namur: Wait, Mordin ? Doesn't everybody hate that guy ?
Oh hell no you didn't! Besides I'm sure if he doesn't survive the suicide mission he won't appear in ME3. Make him hold the line ;)

Seriously, i get the feeling Wrex and Garrus are well loved characters, Mordin not so much so. I got it wrong, uh ?

I'll probably have to get around playing the ME games properly even if it's just to know what's what.
I love how the demo thread turned into the thread about the actual game.

Hate Mordin?! But he's the very model of a scientist salarian!

Definitely better play them then, those references are all basically wasted on me ;)

Here's a link to the reference, though spoilers obviously (well not much, but you might prefer to see it ingame):

Mordin has a fan club, sort've like with Tali in that most people are probably indifferent about him but there are a sizable number (myself included) who love the bastard. Though with less creepy leg humping like you do with the Talimancers obviously.
As far as TOR goes, I'm in the crowd that is angsty over the followup to the series being in MMO format. It sounds kind of neat from what I've read (with the actual storyline and apparent ability to solo things), but I've never been a fan of paying monthly for a game I bought.

ME3 on the other hand... Really can't wait for it. I've been doing a little reading on it here and there and so far I'm pleased with what I know of it. Still worried some of the ME2 team will be thrown away but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised... Pretty ecstatic over the ME1 team coming back since while I do love the ME2 team (for the most part), I feel like Shepard is a lot closer to the team in ME1so it'll be great to be properly working with them again. <3

Where did you hear that the ME1 team is coming back? I've noticed that people are saying that certain characters like Garrus and Wrex are 'confirmed', is there a particular place I can look this info up or is it just from random interviews or screenshots?

On the Social Site they have the topic about the GameInformer issue that covers ME3. So far we at least know Liara, Ashley, Garrus and Wrex are in fact back (if I remember right, the latter two are not confirmed as squadmates just yet). I've at least seen a scan of how Ashley is going to look in ME3 and if she's back it's basically a given that Kaidan will be back too since I'm sure it's based on who we had live in Virmire...

Ah cheers! Found it now that you have pointed it out, interesting news. They better have the ME2 squadmates in ME3 as squadmates too, I didn't spend an entire game recruiting them, dealing with their daddy issues and pull them through the fire just to have them desert me now! ;)

Thanks.

That was...uh... interesting ? But when it comes to people, or aliens, who burst into singing in Bioware games, i guess i'll stick with Leli ;)

Oh, the guy has a fan club too ? Oh boy i did get it wrong then, my bad.

Oh the 'daddy issues' made me chuckle since both of the Cerberus members really *are* a big ball of daddy issues. ;) Aside from Samara and Thane (the two ME2 characters I want to see back the most) I really hope they bring Kasumi back cause even for a DLC character I thought she was really neat and I want to know more about the Grey Box. Needless to say I'll be a little grumpy if BioWare decides to never bring it up again...

I like Mordin myself, and Tali and Garrus.
There's a reference to Boo in ME2 too.

Not an official fan club, but he definitely has his admirers, the guy brings a startling level of the humour without being a silly character himself.

I wouldn't hold your hopes up for Zaeed or Kasumi as their status as DLC characters makes them tricky to import. The Grey Box might get a mention and Zaeed may turn up as an NPC given the stuff you read about him in Lair indicates he's retiring after the suicide mission. Samara has no real reason to stay as he code would indicate she has to return at some point to Asari space. Thane as we all know is a dead man walking so he's also doubtful.
