I was partway through my downloading of The Witcher when I noticed it just stoped downloading. I then decided to download the newest downloader (version 0.9.0.1336.) and now it does not recognize my password/email combo. I have no problems logging into my account on the gog.com web page and can just do the download via the browser if need be. It would be nice to know how to fix the downloader though. The login required box keeps popping up every time i enter my info.
Thanks in advance.

Same here. I would like to set The Witcher to download before I go to sleep in a little bit, but it's not letting me log on.
It's a server problem - not much you can do.
Same problem here. I can't login to the downloader. I can login to the website just fine however.
WOW!!! That was some fast response time!!!!! You guys got me covered before I was finished with my edit....cleaning up my post to make it more concise. Good to know what the problem is.
Thanks!
I think pretty much everyone is having the same problem. Browser download ahoy.
The newest version is 0.9.0.1372. I have no trouble with downloader.
Sorry for the problems you're having. The downloader is getting hammered at the moment due to high demand. The Witcher 1 deal is so great you're all buying and downloading it :)
Please be patient and try again or try downloading via browser which is not effected. We're working on solving the issue, so it will work for you when downloading The Witcher 2.
The downloader is working fine for me now.
Downloader issues were resolved a few minutes ago, everything should work fine now.

Have you tried killing the process in your task manager, deleting the app, and then downloading and installing the new version from GOG.com?
Thanks, that worked. Just find it strange that I manage to "pre-download" Witcher 2 just 5 days before without problems and then it played up.

Server gnomes are fickle creatures. It is best to not question them. ;)
Still having this issue :(

EDIT: I uninstalled the Downloader and ran the downloaded EXE again. It started up properly and is now downloading :)
