I think they should make an MMO based off the Dot Hack Anime/Game series. Anyone else think so?

In all seriousness, the .Hack series was the main reason I wanted a PS2, ... Never got one.

I have play G.U. Vol 1-3 and Infection. Epic games.

I played and own Dot Hack Infection and Mutation, don't own the last two or any of the GU series. Still they are awesome games albeit rare to find in stores even used anymore.

Exactly why there needs to be an MMO! Imagine playing as an Adept Rogue of your own creation! Or a Twin Blade!

I watched a bit of the first season of the anime and thought it was alright. I also had a mild interest in the games for a while, but by the time I had a PS2, the games were already expensive/rare and I had other things I wanted to spend money on more.

I'd give an MMO a chance provided it was free to play, though.

It's an Anime set in an online game, basically. They play it with something like virtual reality.

I had one of the games and it came with some of the anime (I forget which series it was). I think I've seen Infection - it made little sense towards the end.

I couldn't really get into the game but I kinda wish I had kept it because I've always wanted to try again.

The games were absolutely terrible. Randomly generated dungeons with just enough storyline to stretch the game into a series and sell you more randomly generated dungeons.

I guess you didn't like the first Diablo with its randomly generated dungeon.

Yes, according to Wikipedia, available only in Japan, for just over a year between 2005 and in 2007.

Wasn't Worldwide. They need a world wide one like WoW or EQ
