Today I figured out how to map keyboard-keys to the Xbox-controller using the DosBox-keymapper. I tested it for a while with the game Blood, and I was able to bind movement to the left stick, jumping with A, opening doors with X, and so on. It worked very well.

However I couldn't figure out how to map the mouse controls to it. Is it possible to bind the right stick for mouse-look, and the triggers for mouse-clicks in the DosBox-keymapper?

Bump.
I for one do not know. In case you feel no one is reading the thread. Me, I just haven't got an answer.
Have you tried this?

It should simulate mouse controls. You should be able to use it in Dosbox then.
You could try to simulate the mouselook thing by mapping various keyboard commands for looking to the controller.
"Home"/"End" move the view up & down. "Pg. Up"/"Pg. Down" do the same, but automatically re-center the view when you stop pressing them. Looking left & right would just be the regular cursor keys.
It's probably not what you're looking for, but it's the only thing that comes to my mind.

Thanks for the link, this seems to be just what I need. I'll mark this as the solution :)

Yes, I had a similar idea (although I did not think about the Pg Up and Pg Down-keys, that's a good idea). I tried to bind the right stick to the left and right arrow keys, so that I could look left and right (played through Duke Nukem 3D without looking up and down years ago, it worked very well :) ) Strangely enough though, when I tried to bind the arrow keys.in the DosBox keymapper, it wouldn't detect the right stick on my controller when I pulled it left and right, only up and down. Very strange indeed :O
JoyToKey works well for this.
