Fuzzyfireball: Good news everyone (happy bump!)

Doom 3 is back, it's now $10. (From $20)

RoE is back, it's now $5. (From $10 iirc)

The DOOM 3 pack is available for $12.99.

Ultimate DOOM, DOOM 2 are now $5. Final DOOM is back on sale, also for $5. (All from $10)

Unfortunately, Master Levels is still left out in the cold. I hope they choose to sell it again. Also, it's interesting (and awesome) to see the games get a price reduction.
I guess a lot of the people who lavished in their anti-Bethesda rhetoric are now eating their words.
*sigh* That's nice, but the old Doom games STILL don't show up in the German Steam store as far as I can tell. -_-

GOG needs to sneak em in.

Doom II is still illegal in Germany. Don't know why they didn't bother with Doom 1.

Any version with the Nazi secret levels, yes. However, German versions of the game, even back in the day in 1994, had those levels removed already. They COULD offer those versions on the German Steam store if they only bothered to make the effort.

And with Utimate Doom and Final Doom, there's really nothing stopping them anymore. Same with the first Quake and its addons. Question is: who is the problem here? Steam or Bethesda?
And it's back.

Nah, they're off ranting about EA again somewhere.

Or Steam.
Good to hear that. I guess they care about publicity anyway.

13 EUR here for the Doom 3 pack.

Master levels for Doom 2 still unavaible.

I was pleasantly surprised, actually. Unless they've released it due to backslash from public, which is quite possible - they could have just changed price and changed name in the first place, you know.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was a pre-calculated publicity stunt. If so, it has certainly succeeded. Most people didn't care about Doom 3 until it was deleted from the Steam catalog and the Bethesda/Steam-bashers raised a stink about it. Which was utterly nonsensical anyway, because the original 2004 retail version is still readily available on Amazon and many other places and cheaply too.

Or it could be like Luxxoticca pulling the Ray-Ban sunglasses for a year to make people want them more.

I thought only GOG is capable of evil publicity stunts?

;)
