Miaghstir: Hence the comment, perhaps I should have said "distrust the least" rather than "trust the most".
Maybe :-P

EndlessKnight: I feel the same way, so I walk to the Philippines every day, just to talk to my friends that moved there for work.

KingofGnG: Heh, there's always Skype for this :-P

I wonder if someone is in the google+ test? As there is a bug in the system, there is a way to invite other people... I would love to be invited to test it out ;)

AFAIK, they have closed off invites for the time being due to overwhelming demand. Google wasn't quite ready for that many people to try out the service.

It is still possible due a bug... I have an account now and if you have a googlemail account, I can invite others ;)

All you have to do it set up a circle and add users to it without an account and send them a status update by mail... they will get a notification and in this notification is a link to the sign up page ;)

Important, it is only usable when you have a googlemail account.
They've closed it off, but it's very very easy to invite people in regardless. I can generate first-come-first-served invite URLs at will.

Only works if you already have a normal Google account though.
Can someone here invite me?

Does anyone have any spare invites, if you say it's possible to bypass the block? Thanks a lot :)

The Cheese33 said, that it tells you "Over Capacity" at the moment... but if you like to try, PM me your googlemail address and I will send you an invite :)

Maybe you have to try it several times to get in... I think a lot of people are using the bug :)

thanks! :) I posted the message before Cheese edited his... oh well, it's still worth a shot I guess
Windows Live, Twitter, and Steam are enough, thank you.
I dunno. I'll wait and see. If google+ takes off maybe.

What I am waiting for, and what I'll really push and will try to get people into once it goes live, is diaspora: https://joindiaspora.com/ Decentralised. Open Source. Free. Much more likeable than either fbook or google.

Apparently this is how you get around it.
