Check out this merchant named "GeneralOctopus". Hidden amongst hundreds of Yu-gi-oh cards are PC games. They all say "Used". Some of them haven't even been released yet. Check out their individual listings (by clicking on the price), and see that all say "STEAM Version", and some also say "just cd, keygen included".

I've already sent an email to Amazon's fraud dept., but can you imagine the balls on this guy? Or worse yet, the money wasted by moms whose kids are nagging them for these games, and don't know a scam-that-looks-like-a-good-deal when they see one?

Amazon are morons. They allowed $10 000 listings of Balls of Steel Edition despite the fact they place a spending limit around $2475 for marketplace purchases.

Have you ever talked to any of them on the phone? It sounds like they intentionally pinch their noses to try to disguise their voices.

Don't undermine yourself : you are not just holding the "." key, you are also holding the 'Caps' key as well
No, anyone who sells a Deus Ex: Human Revolution for $33.50 used has to be legit. -_-
And he is an idiot for selling those Yu-Gi-Oh! cards for that cheap. I sold a Judgement Dragon after going to a sneak peek for exactly $231.40 to an idiot (I mean loyal customer) at the hobby store I play at.

Keygen included, you say?
Wow, what a deal!

I think I actually remember getting a pack of Pokemon cards when they first arrived in the States. I got a holographic/foil card of that pink Knuckles-looking one with the egg in it's kangaroo-pouch. I sold it for ~$80.
In all seriousness, I'm actually trying to report this guy to Amazon, but I can't find where to do so.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/contact-us

In the subject line, choose "Report a violation of our rules". Leave the order # line blank. I tried putting "N/A" in there once, and I got an "Invalid Order #" error. In the Listing ID, I just put "Multiple".

I kept the report I sent short, and didn't include any direct links to the items listing pages, but if you want to, it would probably help.

To expedite "justice", I "double posted" the OP in the Steam Forums' "Help and Tips" board. I'm sure Valve would just love to get in on this.
I saw that the other day and I was going to report it but forgot. Glad you did so.

That would be Chancey. Also the Pokemon used by Nurse Joy in the anime to heal Pokemon in the Pokemon center. The egg is of it's baby form, Happiny.
You're welcome. :)

He's pulling a shipping scam.

He charges $0.10 for the cards: + $4.99 shipping. He probably sends these in regular envelopes for less than $1.

Actually, "$4.99" is the default shipping charge Amazon sets for new merchants. Exorbitant shipping charges really aren't a crime if they're displayed up front and agreed to. That doesn't change the fact that he's selling pirated games.
