Does Arma 2 come with all the DLC? or is it only some?

From the store page:
ARMA 2: Combined Operations includes both ARMA 2 and ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead, and an intuitive and powerful mission editor.

It can hardly be more clear than that.

it doesnt mention Army of the Czech Republic, British Armed Forces or Private Military Company. THATS what I want to know.

It would be stated as such in gold letters if it did.

To reiterate: I don't own the pack, but I can safely say that it does not include any additional DLC.
