This has been bugging me for weeks now but I can't find anything on it.

It was a cartoon which I watched in the mid 90s to late 90s about a underwater humanish specie (but they were really colourful) and there was there the human.

The episode I really remember was an episode were a human died in the sea and the underwater human people healed him and he changed into one of them until he came out of the water were he would be human again.

Does anyone have a clue what this show was called?

Edit: If it helps I believe it was on CBBC in the UK

You really, really sure this was not Balamory or Teletubbies?

I so wish it was Balamory (that show was great)

I have been going though that list for the last 19 mins now with no luck

It shouldn't be that hard to find I'd think, there aren't that many underwater cartoons right?

It could be. I just watched bits of an episode and the guy look familiar (I got to see more to check)
