The licence fee isn't paid by anyone other than people in the UK. Can you use the bbc iplayer? I imagine that the restrictions on that will be the same as on the game

Can you use any BBC Doctor Who related site? TBH I get rather sick of seeing "Not available in your area". Still, like BrainCandy said thats what proxies are for.
The SITE is fine, just anything media related hosted there. I buy them when they come on DVD anyway so I don't have an issue with the... alternative distribution method
For those in the USA--I'm pretty sure you can watch Doctor Who on the BBC America site--just weeks after they air in the UK. Maybe BBC America will have the games as well. This approach is for those with serious patience and self-control.
