Personally I think the concept's good, as long as it's not thick on revisionist history like that manga that denied the existence of comfort women. Is it the same guy?
EDIT: It's not, this company's done other works of historical and literary interest like Brothers Karamazov. Good for them. I think it's great if it gets the kids reading primary sources.
I'm curious now. This isn't completely out of left field, either. Tezuka did Adolf in the 80s. I'd only seen it over here recently though.
History in manga form. Nice. I don't know how interesting it could be - MK was a slog. Maybe the art's really good or something.
Oh, incidentally, the best comic I've ever read involving Hitler was probably "New Adventures of Young Hitler "by Grant Morrison. Tasteless. Yes. Absolutely bloody brilliant, too. I recommend it quite highly.

Somebody mentioned if there was an english translation of Mein Kampf, here it is. Let's be honest guys, the book isn't going to inspire hatred crimes, the man did that himself through his actions. While the book may be seen as a Nazism bible by some, it's mostly an educational read for most of us.

When did **** Nazi start to mean that someone was really strict about ****?
Don't remember the Nazis being particularly strict or picky... just totally misguided and evil. It's like calling someone a Grammar Serial Killer. ;-)

TBH I think it's more to do with how frighteningly efficient and clone-like the Nazis were. Everything had to be perfect. Without question. Fail and you were put to the gulag, or shot, or worse.
Interesting fact: Hitler was a huge fan of Roman history, rightly so. He modelled his armies after them. And the Roman army was the best army in the world for over a hundred years. Etc.
Anyway, that may explain to you why "Spelling Nazi" or "****** Nazi" came into fashion.
