I like it as it is a lot cleaner than before. Also we get the wishlist sorted :)
I'm loving it, and I really dig the new wishlist page!
Yes, especially the community wishlist and ease of access. Now I can take down my bookmark of the old one.
I'm not liking the new my games "shelf".You used to be able to have empty spaces between your games and the new menu you use to download the game forces you to scroll the whole screeen down.
So far I do, especially the "My account" page is a lot better now.
As long as they keep putting out old games along with their new ones I'm happy. The Legend of Grimrock is one newer game I am looking forward to though!
I agree with SimonG on the "My Account" page being better. I think the top nav bar is ugly, but useful.
so far my only complaint is also about the top bar, but it's not a huge deal. I just find it mildly distracting

If you can use userstyles, it's easily fixed with:

#mainNav {
position: absolute !important;
}

EDIT: Or not... well, it fixes that issue, but introduces another one: giving you a horizontal scroll bar since the navbar is much wider than most screens. back to the drawing board I guess, shouldn't take much to fix that too.

Cool! Can't believe I'm just finding out about this.
I like it. Its nice and neat. Hope GOG as a whole stays the same though
Love it. Especially the new community wishlist, being able to vote and discuss features and games, and seeing what features are in progress is fucking awesome.

Agreed. They've never managed to make the game shelf work properly, and this update is no different. It could be an amazing feature, but so far, they haven't taken too many of the community suggestions to heart.

Other than that, I think the site update is fine, apart from the missing news posts, but I'm confident that will be fixed in the very near future.
The catalogue now defaults to bestseller list... I'm not interested in what everyone else is buying, and trying to put some influence on us that way is just a dick move.

So now instead of the site being better for useability they've added and extra click and refresh wait for me.

It's a pretty piss poor job at making someing 'new and better'.

If this is gog's best effort they should just have left the site alone, the things that needed improved haven't been touched and the stuff they should have left alone has been fucked around with. Christ on a bike.

spindown: The navigation bar at the top needs to go, seriously. I mean, just leave it at the top of the page. Don't make it follow me when I scroll down, it's just a waste of space.
