I ask this question because during every big sale the GOG community gifting thread is flooded, literally flooded with requests and none of them are edited as: "gift received, thank you X" or whatever. To be honest, It is more than understandable if gifters avoid that thread during sales.

I'm going to assume everyone is too busy buying stuff to answer. >_>

I saw some users gifting people in the main thread, but yes, probably they're all busy buying games like us ; )

You can try sending them a PM, however.

xckxx is a regular gifter and these sales haven't stoped him from gifting.
I mean the man deserves a lot of respect. Dozens of games gifted!!!

Actually asking for games via PM is considered pretty bad behavior.

To the OP: the gifting thread works the same during sales as it does normally, you can post your wish(es) and maybe someone will get you a gift or maybe not. Up to those who want to make a gift to someone, as always.

Lol, if he is the one gifting the game(s) I'm sure whoever he chooses would be happy to get a PM from him ;)

I just asked because I saw a lot of requests and that made me not post. I'm already in the process of playing 2 games that people gave me as gift, but that Disciples 2 Gold Edition for 1.50 was really low. In any case, I already got my share of games. I'll let others have their chance.

I personally use these sales to recharge my gift inventory. I'm probably going to hold back on this one though, and so I only got 5 DX copies this time.

I got Tyrian and Teen Agent gifted to me yesterday. :D
