I play consoles mainly with my 8 year old. He likes the feel of using a controller better, so we usually play local-couch co-op games w/ controllers enabled. I have to upgrade my PC, but the "big picture" thing of steam looks like it would really fit what we like, mixing it with console. My kiddo tends to be a hint of a retro gamer like myself, but we bought him an xbox 360 for Christmas. Beyond that, we dont' really play it a whole ton. The wii we own is for some occasional games, but mostly used to watch netflix.

Personally, I prefer the DRM free games of GOG, and the community here is great. I've always been a PC gamer, but we'll see how everything ends up in a few years. Things are crossing over so much, and PC technology is changing...

That said, the last time I booted up my Xbox 360 was almost a year ago. I moved in mid-January and have yet to set it up at the "new" place (sure, the 17" screen worked well enough, but it wasn't really optimal, and it's bound to other tasks at the moment... the console will likely have to wait until I get a projector).

I'd say 60% of my gaming is done on my PC and 40% on my Xbox 360. I grew up playing PC, but I also like consoles. Each platform has its advantages, and I just like to enjoy them without nitpicking each one for its disadvantages.

I hate these nicknames. I remember on gamespot forums where people had names for fanboys of consoles. Sheep were Nintendo, Cows were for Sony, and i cannot remember the one for microsoft fans, but it was really lame, and not funny at all.

I play both PC and Consoles fairly equally, probably because I grew up in the early console and computer eras, but there are times where I may play PC games more then consoles and vice versa

I mainly play all of my newer games on consoles because my computer is shit for gaming beyond 2004 and I currently don't have the funds to build a decent machine for gaming itself (planning on a $500-ish build, though, hopefully soon). If my PC were up to par, I'd probably only use my consoles for exclusives or in the case that a PC port was especially bad. I also like playing retro consoles, as well. Yeah, there's emulation, but something about sitting in front of an old TV with a SNES controller in your hand feels so satisfying.

Same, I mainly buy newer games on consoles cause I'm not paying over €100 too upgrade my PC just to play Skyrim. Wow, the word has a history the GOGlodyte code....

I haven't owned a console in some years, but there are some cool console games I want to play sometime.

I play about 80-90% on consoles/handhelds because I only have a crappy laptop, don't really care about mods, and because most of the interesting PC titles that you can't get anywhere else are 10+ years old (which is a big part of why I signed up for GOG).
