So, where do I find it? There's no separate executable nor is there anything in the ingame menu.

It's a bonus content on your game shelf, where you can download the manual, wallpapers, avatars, etc. ;)

edit: It's called "Divinity Engine (level editor)"

There is a mini installer called divinity engine (cant remember exactly as i installed everything then copied to my external HD which i have stashed away). Judging by info on steam you need to have the base game installed before you can run the editor.
