I see that my Div 2 is available to download from my pre order...but when I click it and it takes me to the download it says "cannot fetch game data"...the only help in the support section suggests that my downloader is old. But I have the most current version. Even re downloaded uninstalled and reinstalled. Any ideas?

Well, it was a pre-order. Is it even out yet?

Well it says it was set to release oct 18th but you were also supposed to get early access if you pre ordered. It has been unavailable to download up until today. I will try the browser real fast.
Seems to be downloading through the browser....there is like 5 parts to the Game installer. I've never had to download through the browser.

Yeah, any installer larger than 2 GB will be split up to 2 GB parts, something that isn't immediately noticeable when using the downloader as it will fetch all parts automatically (but when you go to the folder and run the installer you'll see it... unless you just run the installer from the downloader too).

I assume that the downloader error is related to the fact that the game has not yet been released to mere mortals yet and its just us superhumans that can get it, but yeah, I had to download it through the browser as well.

Correct. All parts need to be downloaded for the installer to find them though.
