I bought up two copies of Larian Studio's fantastic CRPG Divine Divinity from this week's sale, to give away on another forum on which I'm active; sadly, no one seemed to pay any attention. Oh well. Once again, someone else's loss is the GOG community's gain. I've got two gift codes for Divine Divinity up for grabs. To enter, just post below with a reason why you think Divine Divinity rocks, and why you want it. I'll pick two lucky winners using random.org on Monday evening, October 15th, at ~9 pm EST.

Edit: Thanks to the incredible generosity of another forum poster (don't know if he/she wants their name revealed), I've got two more gift codes for Divine Divinity, which means I've now got four codes to give away. Seriously, this community is really amazing.

Does this mean we have to wait until next year or do you guys keep track of the dates differently up north? ;-)

Daylight savings... :p
Dammit, I meant to say October 15th. Sheesh.
There are lots of reasons why DD rocks... but it's late, so I'll just say:

existential skeletons

.
I'm not entering; I already have the GOG version (and a couple copies of the disk version, with the boxed anthology on the way).
I'm in,thanks :)

I think DD rocks...don't know,never played the game so I can't say :D

I have no idea why Divine Divinity rocks, as I have never tried it.
I'm in.
Divine Divinity rocks because of the wonderful dialogue options!
I never got to finish the game (it went to my boyfriend when we separated) but I so much enjoyed being able to actually say all the things I was thinking when playing. Kudos to the story writers for reading my mind that many times!
count me in!
I'd like to try this game, so I'm entering. Thanks! :)

I've never played this game. It's the fantasy theme, the fantasy world to explore and the game's character development, are the things that I interested the most.

Already have it, so not in. +1 regardless
The humor. I absolutely loved the humor. :3

Unfortunately, my retail copy of the game was tragically lost when I lent it to a "friend". He claims it was stolen. I'm pretty sure he just didn't want to return it. It was the first and last time I ever lent a game to someone.

edit for typos

Don't know about the game, but the devs seem like rockin' jolly chaps (judging from the gog-divinity-related videos at least). But I'd love to try it out, since everybody else seem to think it rocks, so I'm in! Cheers!
not entering as I own it, just wanted to say thanks :) +1
Divine Divinity rocks because....uhm....erm....khm....well, I have no clue why it rocks. But, if I win, I'll be able to play it and tell you the reason why Divine Divinity rocks.
