I have made a list of every single free game on Desura, which counts 367 games up to date.

Thank you so much for your hard work. I have already enjoyed a few free horror games on Desura, like 7Days, ERIE and One Late Night, but I had no idea there were so many free games. I can't wait to try some.

So nest question... which ones are any good? xD

There's OpenTTD of course and also Dwarf Fortress (for those that like that sort of thing) but are there any others?

There was not long ago access to the new Desura layout, with a search function to find all their free games, I can't find it anymore, probably under testing still and no more usable as an early look..

Meanwhile, thanks again, bookmarked this! :)

Edit : Seems to be back, "Sneak peak of what we are working on..." by Desura front page, to get the search feature for free games, of other new things to the site.

So many free games, and several really great.. THIS is how I prefere Desura over GOG, in this area at least, clearly.

Consider Data Jack if you liked Syndicate (1993)!

Great Work! A. The easiest way I found to access this list from your Desura Client:
1. At the bottom of the client (Blue Area) Click Sitemap (Bottom Right Column Under Desura)
2. Under Community (Third Top Column) Click Groups -> Find Bundeals on page 3
3. In the mid menu Click the last FORUM -> Under THE DEALS you'll find the Free Games posting (as long it last there)
4. Make it a Favorite topic for easier access later on.

B. Two questions: 1. Will you update the list with Freedom Friday/Temporary 100% discounted titles?
2. Is there a better way to do A. on a desura client?

No, I am not gonna update it every week, this is already an improvement with the old list that only contained like 80 games.
I Will probably update it once every so weeks/months i will see, will also depend on life, how that goes.
As i noticed the thing is, not all games that are free or become free later show up on the front with the new games, so to be sure to get all the games you really have to check every single page of all the games every time.

I have just posted it there btw because it was one of the first hits that showed up on google and had an old list, i don't know if there are other places it could be posted. Anyone is free to do whatever he/she wants with it.

As for question 2, i can't answer you there.
