Licurg: How the hell did you get to -140 in the first place ? :/
he asked alot in the gifting threads and alot got downrepped there.

heck i lost 30 last week, sachys and thespian lost a good bunch, these days you dont have to do anything anymore to get to there.

Haha... yeah 14 more negative rep is not gonna make a hell of lot of difference with how far its fallen already. I know the poster and the thread you're referring to because I posted there as well essentially telling the guy not to trivialize the -ve rep problem. But I would be interested as well to see what excuse he comes up with this time if I manage to post there with -100 rep. And also thank you for not down repping me to expedite the process just to find out the conclusion of this sad saga. ;)

I've discovered on Monday that during 3 days (Friday-Monday) I lost nearly 10 points. While not posting anything!

Actually sachy's rep is going for a long period same as mine, probably even longer.
Thespian's is more lately and i think he lost atleast 20 too.

Maybe GOG will never get rid of rep because in their eyes, we are just hamsters to experiment on... Maybe the rep system is one of their experiments... :P

F4LL0UT: Don't make a new account. Just avoid making the kind of posts that usually end up low rated. The day you reach 0 rep we'll celebrate.
This, I've never observed rep abuse to be on that scale without some cause. Even GR was eventually able to dig himself out after he cleaned up his act.

I guess it's possible that people are getting massively derepped for no good reason, but in practice, that would take a ton of effort for people to do.
