I would be sooo sad, if no one likes to join me in playing this nice game :)

As you found out the key layout :)

There is one important Key: "F"

with that you, you can start a fight against a monster that is not attacking you ;)
And remember to level up at the guild hall quickly. Otherwise you will die too often ;)

I can't seem to find the server in the list, I see 17 servers, but none are named GOGtopia. Is the server on?

Thanks, I think it worked, at least it was added to the address book and when I tried to connect it asked for a password. (Silly me, I tried to enter it as master server several times until I noticed you could add separate servers on the right.) I'll be joining in a while if nothing goes wrong.

So, to those, like me, new to the multiplayer server thingamajigs:
1. Look for Personal Server Address List
2. Press New
3. Enter URL, confirm and it gets added to your address book
4. Connect, enter password
5. Play!

I want to warn everybody that I'm still a bit new to this game. 0:)

I think, everyone is like you at the moment... I played the original game, a couple of years ago, but forget nearly everything ;)

Haah, I played for several hours. I think I'm severely addicted to this game.

For the first time I've come across chests which trap type "cycles". Is each chest set to have one trap, or is it chosen randomly when you open? I've had chests which have said "not trapped", but still have had some kind of nasty trap. I tend to step at the chest several times until I find one where it says "not trapped", but I'm not sure if this is a safe method because I think characters guess at what it could be, not what it is at right that moment/shifted to.

Do you know more about chests than I do? :'D

EDIT: Oh, and is the only way of gaining stats by using items? Str, dex, and such?

Fudge the familiarization process, I'm joining the server now xD

-edit- I love the look of the interface, but the game's graphics are glitching on me. When I enter the dungeon, my 3D screen keeps artifacting and messing up.

I'm having a lot of fun. Dying every few minutes, but having a lot of fun. Come on guys, the server's still quite empty. I'll be playing this for the next few hours. Hit me up if you're in-game and let's form a party.

yeah, the server needs to be populated first to have players available around the clock :)
Always the main problem with different timezones ;)

About the Traps: I don't know for sure, but I think it has something to do with your skills. If a specific skill is too low, you get false feedback from the traps.

I'm on the server now. Going AFK for a bit to do other stuff, but I'll be back in an hour or so.

too bad, I will be only on in about 8 or 9 hours, when I am back from work.
