Seems so. I think one bundle gave Beat Hazard Complete, then another gave Beat Hazard Ultra at a later date, though I'm not really sure. Let me see if I can find the specifics.

I am not really sure, as it is a donated gift and I can't check it out without completely redeeming it myself... it is a key and not in my inventory.
