you know the effect of putting a dvd disc into the microwave at 1000W for about 5 minutes :)
try it and then play deathspank on your PC :p

In my allegedly 1000w microwave the disc might just be starting to warm up after 5 minutes
Shittiest microwave ever, I swear someone put one too many zeros on the power rating

try it with a lightbulb , it'll start glowing
if you do it with marshmellows they'll inflate untill the size of a cupcake/muffin.
with a DVD , all data gets whiped of it because off :p
