StingingVelvet: Yeah, MS still want you to buy an Xbox too. However Spencer has gone on record saying one of his jobs right now is to strengthen Windows gaming and bring the two closer. So we shall see.
And they are indeed improving their Windows support. Just look at the recent remakes of their Ensemble stretegy games being released on Steam. Which doesn't mean that every Xbox exclusive ever is going to be ported. It's the exception, not the rule, this is what i'm trying to say. Just look at all the Xbox and Xbox 360 exclusives that never got ported.

No to mention that Dead Rising 3 is a Capcom's IP and we don't know the details of the contract between Capcom and Microsoft. It could have been a timed exclusive this whole time. Heck, it could even appear on the PS4. Who knows?
I think it's the same "exclusive" as Titanfall, so no PS4 version, PC and One only.

I honestly think the smart play would be porting every Microsoft game, Halo included, to the PC about a year after it debuts on Xbox. Then they would be supporting both platforms but also keeping a strong system-seller in place. Anyone who can wait a year to play Halo 5 wasn't going to buy a console for it anyway.
