Which D&D Edition?

I don't know about "good", but I did find a couple.

I use Redblade for 3.5. It produces sheets in HTML like this.

It's wierd that your sheet applies armour penalties to knowledge skills....

Here's a few others, for AD&D 2E, D&D 3.5E and the web-based one I already mentioned for 4E.

Redblade seems to have versions for 2, 3.0 and 3.5.

Yeah that is odd. I haven't had a chance to play with this character yet so I don't know what impact this might have...

I don't have any experience with running campaigns, but I do see here a "Magical" checkbox in the item editor. I'm not sure if you need anything more, though.

You could try rpol.net. I used to game there for a while and out of all the forum gaming sites I've ever tried they were hands down the best in terms of variety, content, and friendly atmosphere. I'm sure you could find a CoC or old-school D&D with a little searching.

Sadly, I haven't logged on in...cripes, almost over a year now. Dang, that depresses me. Maybe I ought to get a game going sometime...
