It would be good to not reveal games i already own.
It is pretty sad i reveal games i already bought and have to wait another 24 hours for a new chance.

For a brief moment yesterday, it seemed like they had implemented a re-roll function (there was a bit of text and a link which said "REROLL" above the deal) for when you got an offer for a game you already owned, but it didn't work and it quickly disappeared again.

It's a shame you only get to re-roll once if you already have everything. The re-roll gave me another 3 games I already own. It's my fault for owning too many..

On the first day when they changed the way that the personal offers worked, there were an extra 6 games at a discount the same for everyone. I figured it would continue, but it hasn't come up since then.
