That could be just a very very good coincidence: I wonder just how peronalized the system is, when it's offering me a game I already own (Deus Ex: GOTY).

So far the gift box results are largely positive, I feel. Got one game I wanted, another I grabbed as a gift that I might redeem for myself, and a third that I was able to arrange a trade for. Not bad out of four days. If I didn't already own about a third of GOG's catalogue it would likely be even more of a success, so I imagine newcomers are having a good time with it.
