For some reason I always get the urge to play a game with this theme when I visit the GOG forums. So I was wondering what your favourite games are with this sort of theme?

Master of Magic with 9 books in Death magic :)

Also, I just tried playing MoM last night both vanilla and patched with the Insecticide patch and I have no idea how I managed to beat it back in the day. Maybe I was playing on Easy? :/
Gabriel Knight 1 is great if you want all three :)
HoMM III is fun with the Necromancer castles. The Swamp castles always had kind of a Louisiana bayou kind of a flavor, I thought. Maybe a bit of a stretch.
Inquisitor, I haven't finished it yet, but it's just chock full of heresy, curses, and black magic. Less Voodoo though.
The main campaign of NWN has a great plague at the start. Solid atmosphere, especially the sounds.
Bard's Tale, especially the Nucklavee is oodles of fun, though more Gaelic than anything.

...Actually I can't think of any game off the top of my head that I've played with a heavy emphasis on Voodoo/Vodun. I'd really like to play something in the same vein as the Skeleton Key. Hmm.
I thought this was going to be another Baba spam thread.
i cant help it but everytime i think about games with magic in them its always http://www.gog.com/game/arcanum_of_steamworks_and_magick_obscura
and this series http://www.gog.com/game/etherlords

who come to mind
torment planescape for me , not voodoo but you have curses and black magic too (I think)
Monkey Island
Careful now. I already had my finger on the spam trigger. :)
PlanEscape Torment is the best one I can think of.
The Guild played as a churchyard warden. A lot of curses and black magic :) You can get voodoo dolls too!
Shadow man?
Undying really got me in a good way when i played it for the first time years ago. Painkiller isn't half-bad either.

(I'm a sucker for a good fps).
Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers... That's a great game! and most of the background history of magic and voodoo is actually real.
Curses, Voodoo & Black magic... are you talking about Risen 2?
Then there's Blood Magic: not the best game really, but when the character grew a pair of skeletal wings and a fin he did look like a nasty curse victim.
Speaking of GOG catalog, Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer comes to mind. Not much voodoo there, to be honest, but the rest is definitely present.
