Hey I'm new to GOG and was just wondering if you can view the prices of games in GBP?

Well, all games here are either $5.99 or $9.99 USD, which according to Google is 3.86 and 6.44 pounds.

I dunno if there's any way to make the site display those numbers, though.

No - it wouldn't make much sense since the exchange rate is determined by your bank, not by GOG. GOG will simply charge you in dollars, your bank then determines the respective amount in local currency.

You can probably google the exchange rates (roughly) in the internet, but if you're not sure, you can always ask your bank (if you do, also ask them whether special fees apply for dollar transactions). I'm usually paying with Paypal, and Paypal will list the exchange rate on the transaction confirmation page.

Since GOG games have only two price categories (5.99$ or 9.99$; currently half of that due to the holiday sale), it's pretty easy to remember how much the games cost in another currency. Only two numbers to keep in mind. :)

If you use Paypal you're stuck with their currency rate which is based on some internal formula, so standard currency conversion will only give you an approximate amount.
There is a currency converter available when you logon to their site for the curious.

I know you didn't ask that, I just wanted to add that to your information.

That internal formula is merely a 2.5% foerign currency conversion fee.
