We had two trolls recently who was hemorrhaging stupid and totally unnecessary threads. And an established forum diva bitching by using highly childish and stupid thread titles. That combined to 6 or more downrepped threads.

Things will calm down soon I hope.

While I'm not really in agreement with michaelleung's decision to splash "CUNT CUNT CUNT CUNT CUNT CUNT" all over his forum title, he does have a point. This community has been getting very intolerant of people whose behaviour or opinions simply don't match everyone elses. It's disappointing.

With a subject a controvertial a religion, the reason for 'rage' is pretty much built in and inseperable.
The vast cause of internet 'rage' is everyday opinion.

He's right about it being a common occurrence on the internet though. Most of us in real life are actually capable of holding civil and reasoned discussions with people holding opposite views about religion and other controversial topics without descending to personal insults or exclusion.

It's just a shame that 95% of the internet is seemingly unable to do this.
